Mancomuidad de Servicios Sociales Sierra Norte, as local entity recognized by law, has personality and legal capacity of its own for the fulfillment of its purposes, to be governed by their own statutes, and acts through the following government bodies, which are representative of joint councils.

Mancomuidad de Servicios Sociales has its own headquarters in the municipality"s Lozoyuela, where lie their bodies of Government and administration, taking the center of social services as a headquarters and meeting place. It also has four centres or units of Social work, located in the municipalities of Buitrago, Torrelaguna, Rascafría and Bustarviejo, administrative units from which provides various services to all municipalities that make up the Mancomunidad..
